1. Permanent or provisional registration certificate.
2. Project profile
3. Bio-data and net worth statement of promoters.
4. Qualification, and experience certificate of promoters.
5. In case it is a partner ship concern, partnership deed, form A & C.
6. Certificate of incorporation.
7. Memorandum of association /article of association if it is a limited company.
8. Quotations for machinery.
9. Lease Agreement 9in case of leased premises, Xerox khatha certificate, Xerox of latest tax paid receipt).
10. Market assurances.
11. If the unit is already functioning, balance sheet of existing year and last 3 years., Existing machinery list .
12. Legal papers pertaining to collateral security. are as under:
    1. sale deed
    2. khata extract
    3. E.C 12 years
    4. Tax paid receipt
    5. FD/NSC/LIC (SV)
