Objective of the Infrastructure Policy

The objective of the Infrastructure Policy are

To ensure that the infrastructure facilities in the state are sufficiently expanded and upgraded to meet the growing requirements of the industrial and agricultural sectors and also population growth.
To declare that the Government welcomes private investment and participation in developing infrastructure in the State and to stimulate and attract such private investment and participation.
To adopt a coordinated and integrated approach to Infrastructure Development.
