Sanction of service connection :-

1. Sanction to the service connection shall be granted by the Sanitary Engineer or by the officer authorised by the board in this behalf after satisfying himself as regards all necessary requirements.

2. The service connection from the trade or industrial premises shall be sanctioned by the Chief Engineer or by the Board in this behalf after satisfying himself as regards all necessary requirements.
