Eligibility: The Everyone Can Fly Festival Fairs
can be availed by all Indian residents and foreign nationals holding resident permits,
working in India and earning in Indian rupees. These fares are applicable only for adult
passengers. Children and infants will not be permitted to avail of this fare. This fare
can be sold and ticketed in India - valid on specified routes and flights. |
Fare: These fares are available in Economy class
only. JP Miles will not be credited for travel conducted under this fare type. Corporates
will net be eligible for any corporate incentive on these fares. |
Group Travel: Will not be permitted in these
fares. |
Ticket Issuance / Reservation Procedures: An
authorized travel agent or Jet Airways office can issue tickets. Tickets must be issued 21
days prior to departure. Once the ticket is issued, any change in reservation can be
effected through Jet Airways office only. Open - dated tickets are not permitted. In the
case of multi-leg segments, the first leg of the journey must be confirmed at the time of
ticketing while the return segment can be waitlisted. The return segment can be confirmed
within 24 hours prior to departure. |
Documentation: Passengers availing of this
fare must produce photo identity at the time of departure. Check - in staff must
verify the photo identity before releasing the Boarding Pass. Photo identity means any
certification confirming the name and age of the passenger, e. g. Driving License Company
ID Card, College ID, Voting Card, etc. |
Rebooking / Refunding procedures: For any change
in reservation / rebooking please get in touch with Jet Airways offices or your travel
agent. The final changes will have to be routed to Jet Airways office for endorsing the
changes. Please note that change of reservation status will be mentioned in the
endorsement box with a Jet Airways hologram or rubber stamp. No change in flight / dates
will be entertained within 21 days prior to the date of travel as it will be treated as
cancellation attracting 50% of cancellation charges on the basic fare. Subject to the
preceding condition, any change in flight date is permissible at a charge of Rs 100 for
the re-issuance of ticket, provided such change is done at least 21 days prior to the said
date of travel. Such tickets must be endorsed at the Jet Airways counters only. Change in
class of travel from these fare to normal fare is permitted without collection of
administration charges.
In the event of disruption of flights, refund can be given to the passengers. Such tickets
will not be endorsed on other airlines. Passengers will be accommodated in the next flight
subject to availability of seats. |
