Recipe > Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups basmathi rice   
4 no. eggs(beaten)
11/2 cup chopped spring onions  
11/4 cup chopped capsicum  
11/4 cup grated lettuce  
1/4 cup grated carrot  
1 tablespoon soyasauce  
2 tablespoons oil   
salt to taste   
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder  

Method

  1. Cook rice with 3.5cups of water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet,add spring onions,lettuce,capsicum,carrot and saute them for 5minutes.
  3. Add the egg and cook for a minute.
  4. Add salt and rice and mix it well so that egg sticks to the rice.
  5. Cook for 2minutes.
  6. Add pepper powder and soyasauce,mix well and cook for 2minutes.
