KSIIDC provides a host of Merchant Banking Services particularly in the areas of
issue management, co-managers to the issue, syndication of loans, bought-out deals,
advisers to the issue and opening letters of credit and guarantees.
KSIIDC also provides advisory services to PSUs and other companies for financial
restructuring and disinvestments proposals.
