Subject: Non receipt of incentive on small savings

Dear sir,
I am very sorry to inform u regarding the developments in the subject matter. I have invested an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in march 2000 in national savings certificates. I am entitled to receive an incentive of Rs. 750/- from small savings directorate. it is more than a year and I am yet to receive the incentive. my enquiries with the department revealed that there is no funds  allocation and hence the delay.  you will agree with me for sure that more than a year is definitely a long period to receive a small incentive amount. further, due to the delay , the addresses of many beneficiaries have changed and the incentive cheques are returned to the directorate and the directorate will not take any steps to locate the beneficiaries. the beneficiaries themselves have to take the matter with the directorate thus causing hardship to investors. hence I request your goodselves to look into the matter immediately and arrange for the early payment of incentive amount.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Subject: BMTC Bus Stop

The huge housing complex comprising 603 flats have come up in Yelahanka Old Town in Venkatala Village (1 km from Yelahanka Old Town bus stop) on B'lore-Bellary Road.  This housing complex namely Kendriya Vihar was built by Central Govt Employees Welfare Housing Organization, New Delhi for CG staff.  Already many allottees have taken over the possession and started occupying there.  But it is very unfortunate that there is no Bus stop in front of the complex.  The office-goers including women have to walk upto Yelahanka Old Town bus stop to catch any BMTC bus.
I request the concerned authorities to prevail upon the BMTC for a bus stop in front of Kendriya Vihar which will be greatly benefited for CG staff as well as persons residing in Venkatala Village, Yelahanka.  An immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated.

Subject: From a disappointed student

Respected Sir,
I don't know who will read this email.Mostly the secretary reads out the mails and it hardly reaches the CM.But I hope that Mr.Krishna  would personally read this one.I am a student of Vijaya College and  doing II.B.Sc.I live in Kadugondana halli or K.G.Halli(North  Bangalore). My daily route to college is through Vidhana   Soudha.Whenever the bus stops at Vidhana Soudha,I read the sentence  written boldly on the entrance "GOVERNMENTS WORK IS GODS WORK" then I think "is GODS work so corrupted?". I have settled in K.G.Halli with my family since 15 years(Since I was a kid). And since 15 years I have not seen any developmental progress of any kind in our area. Moreover the surrounding areas such as Anwar layout,Nagawara, etc. have developed(even though they were established after K.G.Halli).I feel really hurt when I see the roads of other areas being coated and re-coated with tar (even if it is not so  necessary). And our area is ignored.I read in a newspaper that Mr.Krishna pledged to make Bangalore a pothole free city (Isn't K.G.Halli a part of Bangalore?). But sorry to say "ALL IN VAIN!".I appreciate his role in releasing the blore icon Mr.Rajkumar and also in the IT field, but what a shame if the IT capital of India would have improper sanitation, bad roads,no drains ,no water supply, late transport services, power failures,.... and the list never ends.I really wish that when foreign ambassadors visit Bangalore, they visit some places like ours then they will come to know what really bangalore is!

Mr. CM please come out of the dream world, Bangalore "WAS" called the   garden city of India. Now it is better known as the "GARBAGE" city of India. In our area the roads are spoilt by digging work.Firstly they dig for telephone cables and then apply a thin coat of tar road on it(after the work is over). Then they dig for water pipelines and again a thin coat of tar. Then they dig for sewage pipelines and there goes a thin layer of tar again! Now after a few years they will repeat it for optic fibres.I ask you a question that "isn't it foolishness to waist y(our) money like this?".Why not finish all the work and apply a new thick layer of tar?I felt that Mr.Krishna is a rising hope for bangalore. But speaking sincerely,is this Justice? I know Mr.CM that reading all this will sicken you.And you must have come across many such letters. But I hope that you will read my email  personally, reply to it and give our area atleast a thought! I still believe that Mr.Krishna is not among those people who make money out of politics and I hope my faith remains forever.
Well...
That's all for now,

Yours Sincerely,
Khalid Sayed.
