Documents required for obtaining permanent registration certificate

Duly filled in application form should be submitted along with the documents to the concerned authority.

Application should be filled in the prescribed format.
A court fee stamp of RS, 2/- has to be affixed to the application form.
An affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs,15.00 duly signed by notary to be furnished, if the investment on plant and machinery exceeds rs.25 lakhs.
In case of partnership concerns, a copy of partnership deed has to be provided.
Private limited/limited company has to provide a copy of memorandum of associations/articles of association.
A copy of first sales invoice.
A copy of power sanction order
K.S.T/ C.S.T No. and copy if already registered.
Machinery values should be furnished in the prescribed application form or otherwise in a separate sheet along with details.
A copy of loan sanction order.
Other registration certificates if any.
