At MSK Cupcakes, Katharine too has been trying her hand at innovative cupcakes. She says. "Cupcakes have now caught up to replace traditional mithais. I'm doing the basic flavours but naming them after mithais like kaju barfi, laddo. The icing has interesting Bullywood and festival themes. I have also custom designed the packaging for Diwali."
